Getting Started

So you have found a need in the Stillwater Community and now you want to create a fundraising campaign to raise money for your local cause. That's great!

But if you are nervous about starting a campaign, we are here to walk you through the steps to help you accomplish your fundraising goals.

Every I Support Stillwater campaign should have the following:

  • A title, telling the donor what your camaign is about
  • A goal, stating how much money you want to raise
  • An image, so donors can get a better understanding of who/what your campaign is for
  • A category, so searchers can find your campaign with ease
  • A description, so that you can better express your campaign once a donor has clicked on it

In the Getting Started chapter, we will show you how to best capitalize on all of these aspects of your campaign so that your fundraiser looks organized and professional, building trust between you and the donor.

Creating Your Account

To create a campaign on I Support Stillwater, you will have to set up an account (don’t worry, creating an account is free). You can do this by going to and clicking on the “New Account” button at the top of the page, next to the Search Bar. You can also get started by clicking here.
